Sam
Munreno is Samuel Burnett — Sam — a QBCC-licensed tiler on the tools since 2015, and the person who prices, waterproofs and tiles every Munreno bathroom himself.
Sam is a second-generation tiler. Munreno stays deliberately small: Sam leads one bathroom at a time and remains the accountable person from the first site assessment through to handover.
The model is simple. You buy your own tiles and fixtures at retail, so nothing is marked up. Sam writes the Proposal and is the person on the tools. Anything found mid-job is priced in writing before work continues.
The name? Munro is Sam's middle name. Reno is what he does with it.
