Our Approach
Every bathroom falls into one of three scopes — Refresh, Full renovation, or Structural change. The scope defines Munreno's side of the job. The finish stays entirely yours: you choose and buy your own tiles and fixtures at retail, and nothing is added to them.
Every renovation is led personally by Sam, a QBCC-licensed tiler — one bathroom at a time. Strip-out, waterproofing, tiling and incidental carpentry sit inside one contract, your plumber and electrician are coordinated around the build, and the person who wrote your Proposal is the person on the tools.

Planning More Than One Room?
If your main bathroom, ensuite, powder room or laundry all need work, tell Sam about them together. Each room is scoped clearly in one Proposal and the sequence can be planned around keeping a usable wet area in the home.

The Supplies Split
Munreno's Proposal sets out Munreno's work and materials clearly, room by room. Tiles, fixtures and tapware are yours to choose and buy at retail: nothing is marked up and nothing you buy earns Munreno a commission. Your plumber and electrician invoice you directly, so their costs are visible too.

Why Munreno
Bathroom renovations come with a hundred decisions most people have never had to make — which waterproofing membrane, which tradesman does what, who’s accountable if something goes wrong. Munreno removes that weight. Sam, a QBCC-licensed tiler, is the same person who prices your job, tiles it, and waterproofs it — one expert carrying the decisions, not a chain of subcontractors passing blame between them. You buy your own tiles and fixtures at retail, so there’s no markup sitting inside the price. The result: a design-studio result, at a tiler’s price.
On Every Job
Sam prices your bathroom and leads the build himself — one accountable person from site assessment to handover.
Waterproofing is applied by Sam, the tiler who carries out the tiling work.

The full project — four zones, sequenced so the household kept a working bathroom throughout — contracted at $63,470 inc GST for Munreno's work and materials. Room totals inside the document are shown ex GST, as issued. Tiles, fixtures and the family's own trades sat outside that figure: chosen and bought by the family at retail, with nothing added.

Sam listens to your priorities, timeline and what matters most, then explains what needs to be confirmed on site.
Sam visits your home to assess the room and identify visible conditions that could affect scope or cost.
You receive a clear written Proposal for Munreno's work and materials, showing what is included, who supplies what and what sits outside the scope. Anything discovered mid-build is priced in writing before work continues.
Sam leads the build himself — including the tiling and waterproofing — and coordinates your licensed plumber and electrician around the agreed sequence. Photo updates keep you across key stages.
Sam completes a final walkthrough against the agreed scope and records anything still to be addressed.
